Marvin Mercer, PE - Principal
Marvin is a registered Professional Engineer in North Carolina. He has over 18 years of engineering problem-solving experience in private, municipal, industrial and military applications. He is affiliated with the American Society of Civil Engineers, and is a veteran of the United States Army.
William Conner, PE - Project Engineer
Bill is a registered Professional Engineer in North Carolina. He has 29 years experience in commercial and residential development design, erosion control, water distribution systems and wastewater collection systems including large diameter interceptor sewers. Mr. Conner is a member of the Water Environment Federation and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Ryan Reynolds, PE - Structural Engineer
Ryan is a registered Professional Engineer in North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. A graduate of North Carolina State University, he has experience in several areas of structural design including pre-engineered metal buildings, multi-story, conventional steel and concrete structures, as well as analysis of, and modifications to, existing buildings. Ryan is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
James Mock - Senior Civil Designer
Jim has 30 years of experience in civil engineering design, permitting and construction administration. He has experience in large scale commercial, industrial and residential development projects nationwide.
